Our CSR (Customer Service Representative) streamlines your drop off while completing a photo check-in, finalizing required documentation, and configuring the customer to receive timely updates on repair progress.

MECHANICAL PRE-SCAN:

Our skilled mechanics perform thorough pre-scans, checks, and assessments to diagnose and document the health of your vehicle.

Repair Planning:

Our management, estimators, and floor technicians meticulously plan your vehicle’s repair. We gather tools, map vehicle damage, disassemble, and create a repair plan in our repair management software all abiding by exclusive manufacturer requirement data.

Parts Department:

Our parts department creates purchase orders and ensures accurate part matching. When all necessary parts arrive, we have our technician sign off on the received parts, ensuring the right components for your vehicle.

Body Repair:

Your vehicle’s body repair is handled with precision. We confirm gaps, complete work order tasks, and conduct thorough quality checks. You’ll be kept informed at each step, ensuring your satisfaction.

Paint:

Our painting process involves confirming color match and addressing any issues. After painting, we remove imperfections to achieve the best finish. Quality checks are conducted, and you’ll be updated on the progress.

Reassembly:

Reassembly is done with utmost care, ensuring proper fit and finish. We confirm color match before reassembling and check all functions.

MECHANICAL POST-SCAN:

Our team completes scans, calibrations, and software updates. Suspension work and alignments are performed, and all systems are thoroughly tested.

Buff/Clean Up:

The final touches involve removing imperfections, buffing, and thorough cleaning. Quality checks are conducted to ensure a pristine finish. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Repair Completion – ADMIN:

As your vehicle nears completion, our Production Manager conducts a final Quality Inspection (QI) check with our team. Payments are verified, and during pickup, we ensure an active delivery, explaining the final bill, reviewing warranties, and providing all necessary documentation.
